Le Jardin brasserie was placed just outside the hotel in their beautiful garden. A chic and very contemporary place with a pretty veranda and terrace.
Inside the ambience was cozy, quiet and romantic…and with a great view to the garden…
Once I opened the menu I discovered a large choice of dishes, and a great wine list with many champagne references!! Quit difficult to choose…
It all looked delicious…so I chose the terrine of country style with onions, mushrooms and vinegar of Reims.
And the pan fried fois gras with a broth of lemon grass..both really great choices.
And as a main course I had an excellent beef with cheese and pepper sauce…
And for dessert, the floating island with popcorn and custard cream. Super delicious..
